County Right of Entry forms for tree removal

Andrew Keeler was just speaking with an official at the County regarding the Right of Entry forms for the County to use to remove potentially hazardous trees from private property.

Basically the program is setup to check trees on private property that are close to roads or public right-of-ways. This is not for all trees on your property. If you haven’t filled out this ROE they are trying to get them all in by next week and will start sending arborists out to check.

You can get more info on the website at

the link to the ROE form is on that page as well and you can download it directly at

If you have any questions you can call the office at 707-530-5174
